How does the 200 Night Sleep Trial Work?
If you don't fall in love with your mattress you have 200 days to let us know. Simply contact us on our contact page or email us at hello@luffsleep.com and one of our team will be in contact with you for next steps.
How Firm is Prestige Hybrid Mattress?
The Prestige Hybrid Mattress comes in 2 firmness levels: Medium and Firm. The medium firmness is great for people who love a bit more give but still great support.
The firm mattress provides more firm support by making the CloudTec® foam layer on top more dense.
How Deep is The Prestige Hybrid Mattress?

Does it come ready to use straight away?
The Prestige Hybrid Mattress comes rolled. This space saving packaging allows you to move it around more easily when delivered. We recommend that you leave the mattress for 10 hours to make sure it fully inflates. (It may be ready before then)
Does it come in a box or open?
Our default is to compress them and box them to make handling easier in homes. However as these are made to order if you would prefer yours to come not compressed straight from our production team we can do that for you.
Do I need to Flip or Rotate my Mattress?
The Hybrid Mattress is a non flip mattress. Sleep white side up and rotate the mattress once a month to keep it even. Rotating your mattress is one of the few conditions of your warranty.
