    How Firm is Prestige Hybrid Mattress?

    The Prestige Hybrid Mattress comes in 2 firmness levels: Medium and Firm. The medium firmness is great for people who love a bit more give but still great support.

    The firm mattress provides more firm support by making the CloudTec® foam layer on top more dense.

    How does the 200 Night Sleep Trial Work?

    If you don't fall in love with your mattress you have 200 days to let us know. Simply contact us on our contact page or email us at hello@luffsleep.com and one of our team will be in contact with you for next steps.

    Is the Cover Removable and Washable?

    The bamboo cover is removable and is dry clean only.

    How Deep is The Prestige Hybrid Mattress?

    Does it come ready to use straight away?

    The Prestige Hybrid Mattress comes rolled. This space saving packaging allows you to move it around more easily when delivered. We recommend that you leave the mattress for 10 hours to make sure it fully inflates. (It may be ready before then)

    Do I need to Flip or Rotate my Mattress?

    The Hybrid Mattress is a non flip mattress. Sleep white side up and rotate the mattress once a month to keep it even. Rotating your mattress is one of the few conditions of your warranty.

    The best mattress I’ve ever slept on

    Moving into a new house I wanted to spend a little extra and invest in a decent mattress. Having liked around I came across the Luff prestige mattress. This was my first memory foam mattress and have to say I was impressed from the start. Despite some delivery issues Luff were very helpful and once I slept on the mattress it was amazing. I’ve slept well each night and baring in mind I suffer from tinnitus I can finally sleep well

    Hadn’t bought a new mattress in a long time and went with this one, delivery process was easy and fits great on my bed. A lovely night’s sleep the first night and ever since. My partner and I sleep peacefully without disturbing each other as we don’t feel each other moving much. Overall, it's a great mattress and perfect if you like a medium firmness, doesn’t feel too hard but perfect support with the foam layer.
