What is Luff?
Luff is here to help you get better quality sleep so you can wake up happy everyday! All our pillows, bedding and mattresses are made from sustainable bamboo and are naturally anti-bacterial and anti-allergy.
When will I receive my Luff goodies?
Delivery usually takes 3 - 4 days for pillows, mattress toppers and bedding. We also have an express service aiming to deliver next working day if ordered before 1:30pm.
For mattresses, this is 2 - 3 weeks delivery as they are all made to order.
Will my Luff pillow fit standard pillowcases?
Yes, all Luff pillows can fit into standard pillowcase sizes.
What’s the difference between a Luxury Pillow and the Prestige Pillow?
The prestige pillow is physically bigger than the luxury pillow and also has an extra-quilted layer of bamboo fabric, giving it enhanced breathability and comfort. It also doesn’t come vacuum packed so you can sleep on it straight away. Lastly and most importantly the Prestige pillow allows you to add or remove the CloudTec® filling so you can adjust it to your perfect height.
How do I remove the CloudTec® filling?
The Prestige Pillow has a double zip that opens up to the CloudTec® filling. Remove as much as you need for the height perfect for you and store the extra CloudTec® filling in the original packaging to keep safe.
What’s the best method to fluff my pillow?
The best way is to knead the pillow like dough to loosen the CloudTec® filling inside. Push and pull from all sides also to even out the CloudTec®.
What size mattress does the fitted sheet fit?
Our fitted sheets fit mattresses up to 35cm deep.

Why does my product smell?
Though it is rare due to the high quality CloudTec® foam we use, if there is a faint smell this is a completely normal part of the production process. Simply airing it out and the smell will soon disappear. It’s completely harmless.
How long will it take for my mattress topper to get to full size?
Take the mattress topper out of the packaging and place it on the bed, leave it for at least 16 hours to go back to its original size (sometimes it can take up to 72hrs) and then use the elastic straps to secure it to your existing mattress.
Why is my prestige pillow so high/firm?
Simply remove about ⅓ of the CloudTec® filling and keep it safe. Add or remove the filling until the height is perfect for you.

How do I wash my pillow cases?
Take care of your pillowcase and it will take care of you.
Don't - Use biological detergent
Don't - Use bleach / optical brighteners
Don't - Use fabric conditioner
Don't - Wash above 40℃
Do - Line dry when possible
Do - Wash them inside out
Do - Use non-bio detergent
Why does memory foam turn yellow?
Memory foam turns yellow because it is just a natural part of memory foam’s ageing process and it is nothing to be concerned over. The colouration is caused by the oxidation of the material and it is not toxic or harmful in any way.It is simply a sign of entropy, of the inexorable path of time.
