The Legacy Ottoman Bed Base

I appreciate that the ottoman section stays open securely instead of feeling like it might slam shut unexpectedly.

The storage space underneath is far deeper than it looks online. We currently have spare pillows, duvets, travel bags and winter clothes hidden under there

The ottoman section actually gets used daily rather than just becoming storage for random things we never touch

I was unsure about ordering an ottoman bed online because I had seen cheaper ones in stores that looked flimsy, but this completely changed my mind once assembled. The lift mechanism feels sturdy and smooth and there is far more storage underneath than we expected. We have extra bedding, winter clothes and even luggage hidden away now which has made the room feel much tidier overall.

We paid for assembly and I am glad we did because the delivery team were brilliant. Fast, polite and took all the packaging away afterwards. The bed itself looks very clean and well finished in the room

The mattress no longer slides slightly during the night which used to drive me mad on the old frame

Very pleased overall although the delivery slot changed quite late which made the day a bit stressful. Bed itself feels excellent quality though and the gas lift works perfectly
