Very comfortable, best mattress I've had

Ordered the extra firm because I have always preferred a more solid mattress. It is definitely firm, but not in a cheap hard way. There is still enough comfort at the top to make it sleepable. I was worried my wife would hate it, but she actually likes the support more than expected. Delivery was smooth and the old mattress collection question I had was answered quickly by the team

The biggest difference for me has actually been temperature. I usually wake up warm during the night and expected this mattress to be similar to most ones I have tried before, but it feels noticeably more breathable. Bamboo cover is also genuinely gorgeous.

We chose the medium because I wanted comfort and my partner wanted more support. It has worked better than expected for both of us. It feels soft enough when you first lie down but underneath it has proper stability. I am sleeping more settled and waking up less stiff

We have had a horrible experience with a well known high street bed store over the past 12 months. We purchased three mattresses in total. The first was a soft which completely gave out after the 40 night guarantee. We then tried the medium the same happened again then we purchased the firm, which was horrendously uncomfortable. After months of dreading bedtime because of not sleeping well and developing back and hip issues we visited Costco, Laura was so helpful, explained all of the options available without being pushy. We were already Luff pillow users but didn’t realise Luff did mattresses. We purchased the Luff king size medium mattress. We are now three weeks in and I’ve had the most amazing sleep. My backaches and hip pains have vanished. I now look forward to bedtime, it’s nice to actually wake up feeling refreshed and rested. Box came damaged. There was a hole on the side. Customer service were really helpful in helping to resolve it all. They asked for pictures and videos and we could see the mattress was fully protected with plastic packing inside. in the end everything turned out well

Once the mattress arrived everything was good, but getting it delivered was a bit of a hassle. Had to rearrange my schedule twice. Mattress itself is very good quality and would still recommend but worth noting.

I was a bit sceptical because buying a mattress online feels risky, but the 200 night trial made it easier to go ahead. When I got it the nightmare happened� it was too firm for me :( but what happened after I can only say was top service. The lovely lady at Luff customer service helped coordinate an exchange for me. I needed the medium which is the softer one. All in all took about 10 days to get my replacement out and im delighted with the new one. Feels soft and still supports me. they also said the 200 night still trial applies which gives me huge confidence in this company

Had some issues with the delivery. They told us 8pm - 11pm but ended up coming at midnight which was a bit late. We were hoping they would arrive closer to 8pm. Anyways, can't fault the support team for working with the courier and the adore the mattress. Just hope delivery could be better in future

Comfortable straight away and no weird smell or anything when opening. I heard that memory foam can smell sometimes. Expanded properly and felt ready to use quickly. I estimate was ready to fully use in about 4 hours. Been sleeping on it every night since, about 2 weeks now and has been great. Will be getting my son one and for guest room eventually. Only thing i would say is go for the firm as i find the medium is too soft.

I tend to run warm at night and this is definitely better than my previous mattress. Not cold, just does not trap heat in the same way. I used to wake up and constantlyadjust and could never sleep right. I bought this off the back of purchasing the bamboo duvet set last year which worked really well for me. Im glad i did and probably will get a Luff pillow next

This mattress has been a proper upgrade from our old pocket sprung one. I did not realise how much I was rolling into the middle before until we changed it. The Prestige feels much more even from edge to edge and I do not notice my husband moving around as much. We chose medium and it feels comfortable without being overly soft. Really happy with the decision

I nearly went with an Emma again because that was what we had before, but decided to try something different. Glad we did. This mattress feels more premium and unlike Emma I can actually call Luff up and talk to a human.

Switched from my old mattress and noticed it straight away and sleeping deeper through the night

We chose the medium because my partner likes a softer mattress and I usually prefer something more supportive. Somehow this has worked for both of us. It has that slightly cushioned feel when you first lie down, but underneath it still feels stable and well made. I also noticed I do not wake up as warm as I did on our old memory foam mattress. The 200 night trial gave us confidence to try it, but I honestly do not think we will need to use it

I had been dealing with lower back pain for a while and went through two mattresses before this. First couple of nights this felt a bit firmer than expected but after about a week it started to feel right. Support is much better and I am not waking up stiff anymore. Not perfect but definitely the best I have tried so far

Solid mattress

What sold me originally was the ability to choose between medium, firm and extra firm because most online mattress brands try to force everyone into just one size fits all. Sleeping is subjective. Now we orderd the medium and it was too soft. However Luff were great with us and got us exchanged to the Firm FOR FREE. We felt really comfortable through the whole process of selection

Took me about 4 nights to get used to it as it felt firmer than expected at first, but now it feels spot on. I sleep on my side mostly and this keeps my shoulders supported without pressure. Definitely sleeping deeper than before

Good support. deep and solid mattress

I had lower back pain for months and assumed it was mainly from sitting at a desk all day. After changing the mattress I realised how much a difference it made. I still wake up a bit tight now and then but the change has been miles better .

Really impressed with the whole experience overall. We added the old mattress removal service because our previous Super King mattress was extremely heavy and awkward to move. The delivery team handled everything quickly and took it away without any hassle. The new Prestige Hybrid was brought straight to the bedroom and setup was simple.
