We want you to love your Luff mattress, which is why you have up to 200 nights to try it in the comfort of your own home. If it isn't right for you, contact our customer service team within the 200-night trial period and we'll arrange collection and refund your mattress purchase, subject to the terms of our 200-Night Sleep Trial.

Mattresses that have been damaged, misused, or used on an unsuitable or insufficiently supportive base may not be eligible for return under the Sleep Trial.
