I just love this mattress topper, it is soft yet supportive, allowing me to sink in the right places just the right amount. I take it on holiday to supplement either hard or lumpy mattresses. (A single will just about fit in the car!) I don't get hot like with memory foam. And customer service is superb. Delighted I found this after years of searching for something that meets my needs and doesn't heat me up, and thank you for an amazing service!

The Mattress Topper is a medium firmness. Comfortably cradling your whole body to sleep.

is the cover removable and washable?

Yes, because it is antibacterial you wont have to wash it as often. If you do:

Don't - Use fabric conditioner

Don't - Wash above 40℃

Do - Line dry when possible

Do - Wash them inside out

Do - Use non-bio detergent

How deep is the mattress topper?

They are a luxurious 5cm (2 inches) deep of CloudTec® memory foam.

How do i secure it to my bed?

Use the elastic straps and stretch them over your mattress. Then place your sheet on top.

Does it come ready to use straight away?

It takes 4 - 72 hours to fully expand. So it is best to place it on your mattress in the morning so it is ready by the time you go to sleep at night.

Good sleep amd less back pain after 2 weeks use

The whole process of ordering and delivery went smoothly. It was tightly and well packed so had to have time once unpacked to regain shape and flatness. i followed instructions before use and have now been enjoying benefits for about two weeks. Good price and reliable company and good standard of products.

The topper is extremely comfy awaiting a new replacement cover as mine arrived faulty but hasn’t stopped me using the topper and I was offered compensation which was a great gesture. Highly recommend love it

Not as good as I thought

Bought one of these at a pop up store, I was completely sold the story of how sustainable this company are. Or so I thought, they are non sustainable or comfy. They refused a refund for return. Terrible company.
