I've been suffering from back pain and I find myself waking up aching. I tried a lot of different products until I found this one. I have been sleeping on it for 2 weeks and have had no back pain at all. It's taken the pressure off because it has a nice level of firmness and softness to it. My wife keeps pinching it so I'm back here ordering another one for her! I would recommend it.

Came in a nice package. Vacuum sealed. I let both pillows fluff up. It didn't take long, and they were both firm and fluffy! Which is exactly what I've been looking for. Slept on them for about a week now and very satisfied. No chemical smell and doesn’t get hot so far. Will order again!

Great Medium to Firm Pillow

I like to support home grown small companies like Luff. The Customer Service is exceptional, with very friendly and helpful staff. I have purchased two different types of pillow and the mattress topper.

I had an issue with The Luxury Bamboo Pillow - the team and I discussed the what was wrong. I provided them with the details of the pillow identifier and with confirmation I had activated my guarantee, they then set me replacement pillows.

This pillow is medium to firm.. a little close to the firm side for my taste, but still an excellent pillow.

I can't praise them enough. They were so professional and supportive to get me sorted with new pillows quickly (within 2 days).
