    I thought the item I purchased a universal fit but doesn’t fit my standard pillow

    Pillowcase still somwhere in the post

    I am pleased with the pillow but am still wiaiting for the pillowcase which has been paid for.The uk post says that it has been delivered. Perhaps the have delivered somewhere but NOT to me!! I have sent several resuests for imformation but have NO reply!!!!

    While the pillow cases are good quality, l found them difficult to fit, if the zip was a little longer say 100mm/120mm, it would not only be easier to fit, it wouldn’t put too much strain on the zip and not likely to break…
